Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do! You can purchase digital gift cards here at your desired amount.

How long do orders take to process?

All Canadian orders placed are processed, packed and shipped within Canada from Vancouver, BC. The timing depends on what season of the year as holidays are generally busier.

Shipping & Returns

Do you ship internationally?

We do not offer international shipping. The size and weight of our packages and the additional packing care that our items require means that the rates for shipping are very high. We are more than happy to get you a shipping quote, but please be forewarned that shipping costs will exceed approximately $75 CAD.

What is your shipping policy for Canadian orders?

All Canadian orders placed are processed, packed and shipped within Canada from Vancouver, BC. All packages are shipped using Canada Post. No duties or additional taxes will be incurred after placing your order. Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Items returned to us must be in original, re-sellable condition. Once the items are back in our possession, we will refund the card on file. In order to qualify for a return, you must contact us so that we can give you specific instructions regarding your return. We will also provide you with an authorization number to be included in your shipment. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
